Sub-processor Notification — Google Cloud Platform

Subprocessors

At Oz Forensics, security and trust are at the core of how we build and run our platform. As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency, we are informing all customers of an update to our list of sub-processors. While your organization may not be subject to GDPR, we share this notice with everyone in the spirit of openness.

To support the continued development of our technology, we are adding Google Cloud Platform as a sub-processor, effective October 4, 2026.

Sub-processor: Google LLC (Google Cloud Platform)
Processing Location: United States
Purpose of Processing: Cloud infrastructure used for the development and improvement of our machine learning models.
Data Processed: Limited to data that a customer has explicitly provided for the purpose of model improvement. No other customer data is processed by this sub-processor.

Where such data qualifies as "personal data" (as defined under the EU General Data Protection Regulation), this notice serves to inform you that Google Cloud Platform will be added as a new sub-processor. All data is maintained as confidential under the terms of our sub-processing agreements and applicable data protection terms.

Google Cloud Platform is evaluated in accordance with our third-party risk management process. If you have any questions, please contact privacy@ozforensics.com.

Thank you for being a valued customer.
